To borrow a phrase from the Blue School, we believe in teaching up to people’s intelligence. In every educational exchange, we work to discover what our learners know, so we can build on that. We really enjoy work that involves coaching and learning design. We teach people how to use, design and acquire simulations, and how to employ simulation for procedural training, ensuring compliance with regulation, enhancing workplace communications or improving safety. We have expertise in elearning, educational design and RTO management, so you can be confident we’ll produce engaging, outcomes-based training that is aligned with recognised training quality benchmarks.
